The boat got closer to the island. It was sandy, not much vegetation was visible. How could anyone be here?

The water was pretty calm, but Linda was gripping the side of the boat and had turned white with fear. Jack consoled her; that seemed to help. Everyone else was pretty content; we were getting closer! The suspense was too much! Casey turned around and hugged me. I could see was excited, I hoped it was not going to be a big let down.
